    Returning PM's do not work out for maintaining power.
    One term state premiers seem to. With each as hopeless as the last.

    If the Liberals are want to appear different from Labor, a third Pm will be chosen.

    Bishop, Dutton and Morrison would be my preferences. They all have some success in their portfolios and have worked with both Abbott and Turnbull so they may be able to predict how each will react.

    Abbott and Turnbull never achieved much as a minister. Same with Gillard and Rudd. We need the PM to be capable of managing at least one department well in order to manage the country.

    And a bit of non PC behaviour is great social leadership to counter the fascists on the left.
