governments everywhere are pushing hard for ETS even if they have no material effect on fossil fuel pollution...ask yourself why????...this isn't about the environment...this is about politician's egos and desire for further control over people's lives and finances...ETS=higher taxes+higher cost of living...btw CCF is already north of 50c..
