I was coalition voter in 2016 specifically because it was Turnbull who appeared to be a moderate progressive Liberal.
However I, like most swing voters will probably move to Labor as reflected by the polls given the Liberals are out of control and their focus on themselves is causing great damage to our countries prospects. The conservatives can take delight they beat the moderates in their Party albeit they will be in Opposition for a long time having no influence on anything.
