No, my bill has increased by $2000- per year over the last 5 years, so it has taken 5 years to get to that point, sorry if that was a bit unclear. 5 years ago was paying about $800 a quarter and now it is about $1400- average I think, still waiting to see the post Winter bill (and hoping I don't get a nasty shock). This is also after doing an electricity audit and reducing my consumption.
