A) Risk is Islam. It wants all that monies for themselves.
B) I read somewhere in crikey that of all western countries, none bar Australia has a high % educated by a private institution, ie "the Roman Catholic Church".
Hence the risk is high for Catholic Education Office(CEO). Islam is emerging and CEO is at its peak.
I sincerely empathise, as a non-christian, the predicament of the CEO.
