Mr Rudd is in charge of the finances for Australia. Just because there is a gap in some previously forecast revenues doesn't mean we should incur a $200 billion deficit.
Mr Rudd needs to re-arrange the finances just as you or I would if our household finances altered. To imply its not of his doing is the real misleading statement.
Mr Rudd came to office with the slogan "the buck stops with me". Well does it or not?
