you are on to it and farmers have adapted to the climate and the only idiot is turnbull, he wouldn't know if a wooly bull was up him and a lot of farmers won't be voting for him next election. really you have to put turnbull and shorten in the same boat both really don't have the real Australian peoples interests at heart.
