Hi Maybe John Grant was advising the government about how and why to set up this grant of Taxpayers Monies. I come from the old school where if they ( A Business ) cannot survive in a downturn then Tax payers funds should not be used to bail them out. This is our system ( Free Enterprise ) . The next thing will be increased taxes for the worker to fund these what are becomming charity hand outs wanting companies Cheers Towie
