So, it is accepted that 97% of the worlds CO2 is from natural sources, and 3% is man made.
So, it follows that if ALL the man made CO2 was stopped, the co2" WOULD REDUCE BY 3%"
3% IS NOT A STATISTICAL AMOUNT.
ie CO2 400 ppm would drop to 388 ppm if the whole world stopped completely!
Imagine how insignificant it be if we "just cut back" CO2
