this tried very very very hard to break 12.5 and couldnt do it.
If it breaks 11 it is going down, needs to break 12.5 to show strength and move up.
At this stage the weakness is greater than the strength in the price action on both the weekly and daily chart so a chance of a break to the downside is of greater concern..
There is only so long a price fluctuates between such a narrow range before it breaks and runs/falls again.
Which way shall this go ???
(This is T/A only i really dont care about fundamentals)
