I think you are correct, it was just stated on channel 10 that pyne has jumped ship, and the reason is
the Sth Australian federal seats could fall in a election, and he sees Turnbull as his saviour .
And that was stated by john Howards chief strategist .

But I would not write Abbott off, he would have seen this coming and if he used that little brain of
his he could have got some from the party to play turbull into believing they will vote for him, and at the
vote, vote for tony, it will be close.
