    Have just heard back from JP having asked this again.

    The loan has not been closed because the timing of closure is between Macquarie Bank and the buyer. The loan is non-recourse to PYM. In other words there is no comeback to the Company on this loan.

    On this understanding I have altered my sentiment to a 'buy'.
