mika....you have no idea who anyone is on these forums...or what their agender is...
they can be 12 year olds in an internet cafe, or behind bars somewhere, or an old fogey with nothing better to do,
or a bored housewife, the list is endless.....
or even a taxi driver......they are supposed to be the most knowledgable in the country....so the saying goes, so once they start giving you tips, you know you are in trouble.....

best to get a life and not spend too much time on here....

but if we left it up to the noisier ones.....you would only get one side of the story...
thats not good for the kids or newbies...

there is another couple of sites, that just seems to draw the 40% group to....but they end up being almost closed down....no one visits there anymore.....
all the good posters left....the others get bored talking to themselves...about the coming crash...
its funny and amusing.....
I would much rather the property posters just get on and discuss property.....instead of ending up with the endless chatter debunking the 'myths'...and the conspiracy theories
