Certainly agree that you can make fantastic money if you get in the right share at the right time. But the vast majority do not get in at the lowest point nor do they exit at the highest point. In fact the vast majority miss the opportunity all together.

As always the higher the risk the higher the potential reward, but for every one that you get right there are more that you can get the timing wrong on. Don't get me wrong I like these speculative shares for the higher risk part of my portfolio, but property is my low risk investment and as others have already pointed out you can leverage on your equity in your properties for this.
