Kincella, Whilst some of Yeomans ideas on dams are not expensive, farm development requires deep pockets, not convinced the small player will produce the results. Plenty of small believers got sucked into MIS like TIM, only to lose their money & in some casers also acquire a debt. Small player can have a lot of fun with Permaculture ideas without spending a fortune, assuming they already own a property, can even do in your suburban backyard. Supplying our own fruit i.e. apricots,apples & some vegetables is a good starting point. Australia shouldn't be importing fruit & vegetables into this country unless it is not produced here. Transport costs disappear when we start producing ourselves or locally. Regards Buffett
