buddy... what your saying is correct , you can trade your entitlement separately say PLVOA, but all it leads to is sp manipulation, the underwriter will drive the sp down making it unattractive for anyone to convert their stock to fpo, and the underwriter walks away with a whole heap for a thank you, this stocks been sitting in the 40's for over a year and nobody wants to see it back there just for the sake of a few hundred bucks to trade your entitlement , a third party agreement is the way to go , and lets see our capital appreciate , not stagnate for another year ..
