    I have no argumenst with that. That is by far the best way of raising funds without causing any dilution to existing shareholders. And I am sure that Tony would look at that alternative first and foremost, before making a decision as to which way to go.

    My comments weren't made in regards to what you wrote though. They were simply a reply to someone else's comments about a possible CR and on how it was the best way to do it.

    As for the renounceable rights issue side of things as you wrote, while I do agree that there could be the possibility of manipulation from the underwriter, the fact remains that the investor will still get some form of benefits from the disposal of his rights. While if the CR is offered to a sophisticated investor or by the $15k maximum allowable offer, chances are that he will get nothing and end up with nothing. Only dilution.
    Think about it.
