the problem is when you do a placement with the retail mrkt. you have to discount the sp to mrkt. whereas when you do a placement with strategic investors you can place them at a premium to mrkt. , no one wants to see this stock discounted any further, and see the sp pull back to CR levels, all indicators are bullish , let it run and form a strong support level at $1+, this stock has been sitting in the 40's for over a year , and i am expecting a huge run, $1.50 not out of the question in the near term cheers
