Its unclear to me what development will create 'that' catalyst that will seriously move the shareprice.

Its funny but as per my post yesterday, the 12 month high imo is going to play an important part in the 'perception' of this company from a 'technical' point of view.

Lots of investors/traders are looking for momentum. Stocks approaching or breaking 12 month highs tend to stand out

The 55 cent 12 month high (thats where it will be in 2 weeks)should be elementary.

Add fundamental developments to that and you do have a recipe for a number of re ratings as the news comes to market.
