    Naitive title is what's holding this back imo. The problems experienced by past group's will be on the back of people's minds. Once it's resolved PLV will fly. Funding will be a breeze imo.

    We need a catalyist, and its not a JORC upgrade. We all know the FE is there, its a matter of a) can we be allowed to mine it b) in how long will we be in production.
