If it is market sensitive, definitely Bill will have to announce straight away, he will not wait till 24 to do that. Who knows what he is going to announce, the assumption is that he will at least provide more details of the progress of SBL activities, and to attract new investors, it must be music to their ears!
Looks like we have to wait and see, unless like one post said, the boat is leaky!
