Seems to me that the placement is over the line, Strauss.

"The Placement will occur in a single tranche, conditional upon shareholder approval of the Pathway Oncology transaction (as announced in the Company’s ASX release of 17 March 2014) and the Placement at an EGM to be held on or around 1 May 2014.
Patersons Securities Limited acted as Lead Manager to the Placement, which was heavily oversubscribed, and placed with sophisticated and private individuals." ( from March 25 ann.)

So I'd say that now it has been passed at today's meeting it's just a matter of a 3B announcement that the placement shares at 1.2 have been issued.

Picked up an interest at 1 cent, so let's see how it goes.
