Thats a bit of a surprise to me..and not a point of leverage ...if N adjoins the Bauba farms...which I think it might...Beng could get on with it with BAU?

I wonder under what grievances/issues their farms where put under a cloud?
cant be consultation? perhaps occupation?
They seem to have regal issues covered.
Was it ARM and ANGLO objecting? and going through PAJA?

The way you look at % is the way, if not the quantity, that I was seeing too...but when the beng/community spokesperson is reported as saying we/community are getting 70% and they are happy...do they know thats just a little bit of the whole package...hate to disappoint later.
