I think this issue of percentages of who owns what is a little more confusing than it needs to be. The government of South Africa awarded the rights and also gave the approvals for Nkwe Platinum's investment.

Genorah was given 250 million shares for Nkwe's 64% portion of Tabatse, they were also issued shares for the 74% of Garatau. Genorah owns 26% of the Garatau project, did own 26% of the Tabaste project and does own 60% of the issued shares in Nkwe.

All that needs to happen is the Roka Phasha, Bengwenyama Yama Swati communities and their investment companys be given a relevant interest in the holdings of Genorah it then does not matter which project is developed first and the status quo remains. The communities sign a agreement that a certain ammount of the work force are employed from the communities which creates wealth along with the company holdings for all to benefit.

At least this way the projects can procede with no complications hopefully by the way of a joint venture and us as the remaining 40% shareholders are undiluted considering it is we that supplied the capital for the development and studies on Garatau/Tabatse thus far
