xtrata have not as yet paid their 10m option fee.
if they do, thats 10m to put off any thought of capitol raising, not this side of the jv anyway.
However, as xtrata havnt paid the 10m option fee, one poes that the contract for exclusivity (or option on a 90 day review) is not yet in place.
So, does that leave X open to an outright t/o instead?
and, also, has the door WIDE open for Anglo to JV.
