U echo my sentiments. I also have a large holding and am very unhappy with the lack of timely and mitigating action taken which IMHO borders on fing stupidity.

I am however resigned to this action and will follow through. I assure u my attentions and actions going forward will be targeted at:

Management incentives and controls
Shareholder capital of return [they should not keep this money = IMHO ill gotten gains to fund their excesses]
Plans to return on equity (dividends?)
Project pricing and timing
Income / cash raising Opportunities

I watched the video U posted and much of what he said was fair. His parting comments on cap raising and opportunism caused me to lose my lunch in the bus.
