Mongy. You say that IMC have been aggressively acquiring shares. From who? It does't seem like it's from Citicorp as their stake hasn't reduced. From retail investors ? A fairly slow accumulation. I also was trying to find an old versus current capital structure to see how IMC's stake has changed but couldn't find it . Any info on that? At this price it would be unlikely that Citicorp would be selling to IMC without taking a significant loss. This is not my area of expertise but it seems illogical to sell even at a 100% premium.
As a side issue. It would be disappointing if the discussion was largely moved off this forum with
