IMC held 19.9% at the time of the 2013 insto share offer plus a small increase by underwriting the retail offer. Their holding is currently 30% and set to increase. Agree it would be illogical for Citicorp to sell even for a 100% premium i.e. 10 cents a share but they are likely to get a lot more. The more I research IMC the more i am impressed with their capabilities and dynamism, they bring a completely new dimension to Horizon. In my opinion, along with our shares when the company's LNG assets are commercialised under IMC's leadership, the value is far above 10 cents.
