WELL!! that has to be the biggest load of BS i have ever read in regard to being implemented, i can clearly see a huge tome with dust billowing from it, cobwebs freely coating the innards that hold the explicit direction to inhibit the manipulation of share prices, bespectacled public servants (sorry in advance to all those ps's that have hacked their systems to be on hc in the middle of the day), snoozing gently in their ergonomic rocking chairs as the bots work frantically to do exactly what is described in the first paragraphs of their own rules!!!!
