Yep its strange that they decided to put the 3B out now, especially given the factoring facility was organised a couple of months ago.

I wonder whether some positive news regarding Blackwater is close?

Speaking of Blackwater, if this deal goes through, it will be severely dilutive IMO. But in the end, as long as its reasonable, then i dont think it really matters, as the positives of having the finance will outweigh the negatives.
