Guys, there has to be some sort of announcement soon....there was properties auctioned in NZ on 1 April (no joke) and I believe they own the land surrounding the new IKEA or adjoining it I think from memory they only sold part of the old dump site to IKEA. Now if IKEA is to be as big as reported then the land surrounding it will be worth a lot more I should imagine. IKEA pulls customer traffic.

I imagine there have been other sales as well, so hold on tight for the next few weeks and all should be revealed.
