A lot has recently happened with Aspen are we finally going to see a turn around new CEO with skin in the game, divestment and settlement of diversified property portfolio
continuation of dividend, an acquisition in parks.
SP is terrible currently but maybe new CEO may steer our SP toward our NTA value.
Like many longtermers this has been one of my worst investments, but better days ahead hopefully.
