Well the Kaboko opinion expired so they just issued more (292,415,898 opinions ex 1.2c) by Kaboko for the Impondo dec 2010 deal.
So not a big stretch to think Heerden wont extend if he already hasn't

I know you wish not to look at history, but it does give a clear pattern of behavior.

Impondo received 80,000,000 for the "takeover" of AAMD.

The Sino off take in March saw Impondo dump almost all.
(Note one ton sold under this off take)

These shares put huge downward pressure on the share price.
Impondo did produced ore out of their own pocket for these shares.

The JORC and Sales will all be on the Aussie investors dime.
    (if reached)
    So all gravy for them.

You already have 292,415,898 opinions ex 1.2c by Kaboko so Kaboko could extend their own opinion for the Impondo 2010 deal.

You have Okap and their shares.

Celtic who keep getting very generous extension.(shares issued)

And an Illiquid Stocks. (past 3 months. 34 days not traded)

As soon as there is something to sell into. They will!(imo)
