It's a good question I've also been thinking about. They've already done a capital raising that should get them through the worst of the storm. Gearing is low, tennancy is high AND thy're good long term tennants. Still on a yield of just under 20% and paying quarterly distributions. With REITS up 9% in US o/night you'd expect this to be one of the star performers today by judging by last month's SP performance that might be unlikely!
