It stands apart from other REIT's on BS and ICR, yet performs like a slug on a slippery pavement.

I reckon there is a major shareholder trading it heavily - maybe ING itself is holding it back, trying to gut small trading profits out of it to stay alive.

Just goes to show how important it is to have the right kind of institutional investors aboard. Must say that list gets shorter by the day.
