Rodney Hooper points out the obvious issues for WA hard rockers. High costs, labour, electricity and royalties. Labour we cannot do much about but the governments of the day could help build the industry for Aussie battlers by helping out in the other two. NIF and other qualifying schemes to allow majority Aussie owned companies to benefit. I’m sure if we had a government with the will it could happen. But alas we all know what we have in Canberra and State capitals.
