lambda, maybe those that bought way back sub 50cents are now getting really worried and selling out before the sp goes even lower, and making some profits. There is no news out there that says to hold. It's all hanging on a hope that the TOL granted. No gurantees that it will.
Maybe others are just happy to cut their losses. I'm getting close to that now.
