    It depends. Innovative and progressive technology companies can have a very large PE and nuts and bolts service companies can be similar to many Blue chip companies with PE of 10-20. Being forward looking the share market is looking to what Buddy will doing in 1-5 years and longer. I mean who would have though FB would have a market cap of $100B 10 years ago
