Theres hot money... and theres patient money. GC made reference to attracting some new institutions to the register in the CR... they would be the patient money. But for sure there is always a lot of hot money goes into stuff like this. I think they're cutting their losses more than making a few percent atm. GC is no doubt happy to flush these ones out hoping they sell to more patient holders.
