rad im with u i took up a substantial amount on the spin at .445 im no rocket scientist that was a no brainer. i think the market is concerned about the tax implications of the $54k im no accountant by why cant they distribute some of the surplus ,non requirements to shareholders similiar as unfranked credits and let the shareholers deal with it in themselves also i would think that this coy have a substantial amount of fwd losses and accountants out there who can help.....
