    I disagree, if TKA had not been spun off I do not believe it would have been attractive to Barrick. This is a very clean transaction without being clouded by other investments/interests and therefore is attractive to a organisation such as Barrick.

    If any IDG shareholders complain about this transaction they will never be happy.
