re: underwriting agreement Hi this is a plus for TOX Go and read the announcement Management will not get a share The underwriter gets no fee and their Employees will get any shortfall ( A BIG Plus ) may get the employees interested and they will start topping up Who said that there will be a shortfall ( I doubt it ) but the provision is there so I would think that there will be no dump on the market Go Tox Towie
