re: exercise of options - good on you tox !!! This is fantastic IMHO. Management could have simply taken the options themselves but instead are offering it to "key" employees. That is a fantastic gesture. Wish my boss did that. This is a win win for everybody. The company gets the cash.....employees are holding onto some valuable shares in the company. Yes some might sell.....but 3m can be easily absorbed. The liquidity is there.

The other option would have been to let the options lapse worthless. This would have been a lose lose situation for everybody.
