Hi JJ007 Management could not do that but would have to place the shares at a fair market price after the option issue has closed They would be placed as ordinary shares and rank alike in this case it is the underwriters who will place them with Key Employees If I was collecting their mail then I would expect my fair share Towie Good things to come Win Win Win for all holders Go Tox Go
