re: exercise of options - good on you tox !!! better than some sc*mbag getting them at a huge discount as occurs in placements (with free oppies attached often the case) and pumping the stock up with a report and selling at a price target below what they had promoted as a "target" price.

Yes - at least they are not in the hands of ar*eholes.

Who is to say that "human nature" will mean that they will sell - I got mine at an average of 3.5 and am not going to give them away at these levels.
