re: underwriting agreement I think the underwriter would have shorted out his position. i.e. that 2m shares that ot dumped yesterday and the line of 1m that went through today would have been to cover the short. Borrow would come from one of the directors.

Very positive in my view as the market absorbed it all. We should see a bounce on the way very soon......
