20 wäre möglich, denn die 51 von ADX sind OIP, d.h. das muss man mit dem recovery factor multiplizieren. Der wäre in diesem Fall 40%.

I guess the information what this high officals gave on tv they have got from ADX. And surely it should be the recoverable valued quantity.

But the special meaning for me is that ADX must be fairly shure if they give it on this way to these officials to inform on tv.
