I think some of the selling pressure is those that have got their oppies ae now selling some or all of the heads. Not sure the reasons - tax loss to offset a CGT gain elsewhere maybe or they are some of the lucky ones who got in early and now taking profit (after ensuring their oppie entitlements). Apart from that theory no idea.

As I suspected in my posts of yesterday, don't expect a significant retrace (if any) as the majority of sellers left the building yesterday and before that (today's volume is relatively low compared to the past few weeks).

What I think now is we need an announcement advising the deals at hand, but the more important one of which is when will the Divan deal be commercialised (i.e. actual date of commencement) and update on Karoeke2 implementation (June 5 deadline for Apple missed there) . This should put the upswing back into the SP and stop any perceived slow drift down in the interim.
