Re-branding won't cost $100,000s. Really just a trademark that needs updating (not that expensive, and significantly cheaper then patents), lodging new forms with ASIC and equivalent bodies overseas to change entity names, re-branding website, having a new logo/branding done (this can be done very cheaply), acquiring new domain names etc (cheap as chips).
Their product is mostly white-labelled, so they wouldn't have to go changing the branding through all their software etc as there shouldn't really be any to begin with.
Agree it's obviously not a priority but I would suggest it being a smart move in the not too distant future for the reasons I mentioned earlier. Imagine a company called TV2U approaching you to white label a Service Delivery Platform for education.. Or to white label smart meter technologies to telcos. The name just isn't a true market fit for what they are diversifying into.
