Trav,when the SP goes above 4c is when anybody will consider exercising them,possibly sometime mid 2018.
The fact that people have bought both heads & shares means to try & get an accurate number of how much of the company HC members own one needs to add up all on the register which has been bought.
I wouldnt worry yourself thinking nobody will exercise when eventually they'll have to.
